Clean!

Between the gardening, barbecuing and raining, I finally cleaned my desk. Just look here, here and here. Actually the rain helped. When it started, I ran inside and looked through a pile, disposed or filed and either went outside again or continued to organize. I thought I would throw out more of the piles, but I actually filed most where it belonged and read through what were now old magazines but were once new when they first hit my desk -- Found some interesting articles I had ripped out of newspapers and magazines for my "ideas" file, lots of receipts which I'll need next April and handwritten notes that will take some time to decipher.

Oh well, I feel good knowing I made a promise last week and kept it, and I also feel organized. The challenge is how long will my desk continue to be clean?
